### Who am I? I'm a 30 year-old Catholic fitness coach meme lord living in Atlanta. My coaching is primarily focused on weight gain/loss. I work in IT by day and do coaching by night, morning, or whenever else I can. I help people reach a healthy weight, through the use of healthy consumption, consumption manipulation and strength training. I believe everyone has the ability to be strong, fit and healthy. As you'll read below, I continue to embark on a journey of improvement through physical discipline and I want to help you do the same. ### My Journey I've been passionate about fitness, exercise and nutrition since I was a little boy, doing pull ups on my family's little playground monkey bars, pushups like you won't believe and I would run my sister around the backyard in the middle of summer in Florida (one time we overdid it and I think she had little heat stroke). Growing up, my parents had me and my siblings in and out of public, private, hybrid and homeschool. At the tail end of 7th grade, I was finally placed into a school where I'd go on to finish out my lower education. School was pretty tough for me, as I was naturally skinny and awkward (from the years of social uncertainty) and I didn't do myself any favors by growing my hair out and straighten it (Justin Beaver style). I was bullied from when I entered entered that middle school, until the start of Junior year. I had gotten fed up with being picked on and not being able to stand up to people (as I was 150lbs soaking wet). By the end of my Sophomore year I had decided enough was enough and that if I wanted to thwart the bullies, I'd better better look like I could. So, over the summer between my Sophomore and Junior year, I gained 30lbs, going from 150lbs to 180lbs. I ate ungodly amounts of PB&Js, I was eating oatmeal and drinking milk like crazy, on top of eating whatever my mom made for dinner (it was always good). At the start of Junior year, I was 30lbs heavier, a large amount of that weight being muscle. I started Junior year with people thinking I had done steroids over the summer. This was my first experience manipulating my weight and taking control of my dietary consumption. It felt incredible to realize that I could control how big I was. It was up to me to determine my weight and size. I didn't have to look like my dad, or my uncles, or my brother. I had figured out that weight manipulation (regardless of my genetics) was within my control. So, I kept doing it. My second FORE into weight manipulation when I started cheering at Georgia Tech. Over the course of my cheer career (which lasted 2 years), I went from 185lbs to topping out at 210lbs. I was very heavy and very strong! For context, I'm 6', of course. After college and some injuries (partial achilles tear and a rotator cuff injury) I decided to do KETO and drop some weight. I dropped all the way down to 170lbs. People were worried about me. Since then I've gained some weight back and have been comfortably sitting around 185lbs. I decided to start bulking around January 2025 and I'm currently (March 2025) 200lbs and gaining. As you can see I have quite a bit of experience gaining and losing weight (and building muscle). I do have other activities (hobbies) I engage in (that humanize me), including: singing (with a sacred music choir), playing games (video games and board games), road tripping, hiking and hanging out with family and friends. I also enjoy sleeping on the floor. I'm a normal guy with abnormal (compared to most people) eating and lifestyle habits. And I want you to join me! Become abnormal!!
